EDUCATING IN TRUTH

Flint Hills Christian School provides a high-quality PK-12 education from a Biblical perspective. We strive to meet the individual and unique needs of every child. Our learning atmosphere develops a desire for student participation, critical thinking, and problem-solving, and students become equipped and educated to fulfill God’s calling. This community is rigorously academic, led by exceptional faculty and built on a biblical, Christ-centered foundation.

STRIVING FOR EXCELLENCE

We believe it is our responsibility to create an environment that is conducive to learning, as well as to promote Christian values that will extend beyond the classroom walls.

At Flint Hills Christian School, we strive for academic excellence in the core subject areas of social science, literature and language arts, mathematics, science, and Bible. Courses in fine arts, foreign language, and technology are also offered through grade 12. FHCS seniors annually have the highest average composite ACT scores of any school in the region.

WE EMPLOY

Our experienced and certified teachers utilize best instructional practices to engage students in the classroom. Smaller classroom sizes allow us to provide exceptional attention to each child’s needs. Students explore all subject areas through Biblically integrated, Christ-centered curriculum.

;

WE CHALLENGE

We challenge students to develop a love for learning. Students participate in enriching field trips throughout the school year that enhance classroom learning. Technology is integrated into the curriculum. Students receive hands-on lab activities and experiments during their time in the science lab. We also provide a safe environment for students to take risks. We want them to create and innovate as they learn every day.

WE SUPPORT

We give the support students need for academic growth and identify students who need intervention. PM Academy offers homework assistance after school for students who need academic support or just additional quiet time to get homework finished.

WE SERVE

We want students to understand what it means to have courage, curiosity, honesty, and humility as they begin a lifelong pursuit of learning. As students begin to be formed in character and spiritual development, we want them to engage through community service projects and other service opportunities that FHCS designs to help students to apply their learning.
